Download, unzip to a new folder, and paste the new folder into \rvg software\holdem manager\replayerskin

Open HM > Options > Replayer Layout > and choose the new skin

thank you sir, btw off question is there a mod deck like this for pokerstars, coz i think the deck is pretty good for multi tabling

Not any identical ones made by me. I quit creating mods for pokerstars before it became popular to modify their gx.ini file. There are a few sites that create similar decks for pokerstars but they must include a modified gx.ini file to be able to place the hole cards side-by-side in pokerstars - Tiltbuster Custom Online Poker Mods (http://tiltbuster.com/)
