Every time i use HEM, the first upload make serveral minutes before work

He's finding 450hands !!

What's happen ??

Which HM version?

The handhistory folder of the pokerclient should be empty after the auto-import. The files should be moved automatically to the configured archive folder (default c:\hmarchive).

When i click stop import (because nothing happen)

Nothing happen too ... HM is blocked

I think something is wrong with your auto-import configuration.
Please delete the Bwin handhistory file or move it to a different folder.

My folder contain a 34ko file. (my new hands incoming)

This time HM doesn't respond and is blocked at "initializing Database..." After restart because it's was blocked at auto import.


Nobody have the same probleme ?

IMPORTANT !!
If not fixed now do this:

** Please attach your HoldemManager.config file to this thread
You will find it here if you have used C drive:
C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder
It may be just called HoldemManager if your extensions are turned off

Only on BWIN.fr i've played on PS with no problem but only 4 - 5 times so i'm not sure.
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)

My HH is saving because sometimes there is no problem.
6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.

8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. i Can't see right now, but i know that the soft bwin is in english
11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Please switch off subfolders in your Ongame auto-import settings (not for Stars!)

Before you try again delete the ongame handhistory file or move it to a different folder and try again.

That's work, but not perfectly, sometimes i have to wait..
+ my tournament are not tracked.

i must move HH every time i use BWIN, this is going to be fixe soon ?

What's happen to those files i've move, are they registered in my database or not ?

We are working for a fix on this Ongame/Bwin auto-import problem.

The hands from the moved files should already be imported but you can check this by importing them again via import file or import from folder.
All hands should be duplicates.
