Ok, I've been having problems with HEM for nearly 2 weeks now. It started when I backed up my database and imported everything to a new hard drive but some of the summaries didn't import so I emailed support@holdemmanager.com and sent the file I'm having problems importing and they said leave it with them but now none of the summaries from my new games are importing either.
I play on PokerStars and I'm using 1.11.03.
Any idea what the problem could be?
