Anyone experience this??

NOTE : individual HHs are imported, because when I click on reports, the hands from the tourneys I played this AM are there, but under results>data view the tourneys arent there, so I can't see what the results were, finishing pos., etc, and I can't find the HH for a specific tourney. frustrating...

+1. Individual hands saved, but tourney results not saved. (I play HU SNGs.)

Right now I'm manually entering tourney results, but that's going to get old.

Is your FTP client set to english language? English handhistories are not enough for this new client.

If yes please zip and mail the original hands with link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.com and please add an explanation.

For importing missing hands: copy them from the archive folder to a different folder and import them via import file or import from folder with version 1.11.03

The summaries get moved from the Hand histories folder to the Archive folder but it's as if the database doesn't recognize them (the "Sum" boxes in the Data View tab remain unchecked).

Comparing the new summaries to the old ones, it looks like the only difference is the timestamp.

Old:
Tournament started: 2010/07/20 21:37:26 ET
Tournament finished: 2010/07/20 22:06:56 ET

New:
Tournament started: Wed, July 21, 2010 20:37 ET
Tournament finished: Wed, July 21, 2010 21:25 ET

You don't seem to be listening. I don't think it's necessary to zip up a bunch of files and email them somewhere. The problem is clear: the tournament summaries are not being imported properly. The hand histories themselves are being imported. I (and I'm sure others) have tried importing those summary files directly; changing the hand histories folder and re-setting HEM to look in the new folder; and importing directly from a folder. As for English vs non-English (whatever that means), the summaries were importing fine before the FT update and are now not importing after the FT update (and after downloading the patch).

So what's the deal?

FTP writes the summaries into the handhistory files when you quit a tourney.
To fix this we need sample files from the different tourney types.

FTP released another update today to correct the bugs from yesterday - does it work again?

Seems to be working again, thanks.

But how do I get the old results into the database?

Meaning:
- I've got all the results from the time BEFORE the first FTP-Update
- I've got no results from the time BETWEEN the first FTP-Update and the second FTP-Update
- I've got all the results AFTER the second FTP-Update

So my result-database lacks that one day ... Any way of adding these results? Or is that not possible because the HH, resp. the summary of the SnG, is the wrong format?

Thanks for helping!

Goriremus, you can add them yourself by going to the summary file (it should still be in your Tilt hand history folder because if it hasn't imported correctly it will not have been moved).

Double click on the file to open it in Notepad or similar and change the datestamp to the format it is in now.

It's very simple, but will be time consuming if you have lots of summaries from yesterday.

or you can edit the results manually in the dataview.

don't forget to add a seconds into the time format of tourneys starts in the summary file. if u want to import hand histories of 21 july, u must to change also hh files. if uve played no more than 1 hand per min)), u can auto replace " ET - " to ":00 ET - " (it will add a seconds into hand start tume; ET is my time format, u can have someone else) and "wed, 21 july..." to "2010/07/21".
