Omaha manager changed to HEM?

Hi

So after a few days away from the computer i wanted to play some poker again and i opened my Omaha Manager. It then wanted me to enter my serial code, eventhough i had been using it for like 1 year with out any problems. So i try to find the serial code and then ends up entering my registration code for HEM.

So now it's all messed up, my Omaha Manager is now running as HEM, i can't see all my already played Omaha hands and i can't find my Omaha Manager serial code.

Any ideas how i get it all working again? :S

Hi Fisseminister - I'm 80% sure you do this:

Open HM > Menu Bar > Help > Registration > Clear HM or OM Licence Code
Then register your OM Licence code which you will have in the email you got when you bought the licence

Also to prevent this in future you could do this:

What do i do when i have lost my OM license code?

Maybe it's stored somewhere in HM, but I don't know where. There will be a log somewhere on your PC, but probably not readable I would guess

email sales@holdemmanager.net using the same email address as you did when you bought the licence (if possible)
include as much info as you can about how you paid, credit cards #, date etc
