HEM has stopped working today?

It is not working on Stars or FT. I have changed nothing.
Any help please?

Hi KW - 'Not working' isn't helpful. Do you mean you don't get the HUD on the tables for example ?

1] FTP: Last night FTP have changed the date/time format in their HH's & maybe other changes in some game HH's too... HM will need to fix, test & release a patch. Until then HM can't 'read' the HH's from FTP

If you have any FTP imported since the change I suggest to save time - support@holdemmanager.net might appreciate having a few 100 sample HH's in their in-box when they get to work

2] PokerStars: The only recent change I know of is that HM have stopped supporting Freerolls. If your HUD isn't working then try ALL the things on this FAQ & if that doesn't fix it then post the answers to the 10 questions listed at the bottom of the FAQ

ok so how do we fix it. Im having the same problem on ftp. Haven't tried stars yet.
