View Full Version : PartyPoker HUD problem

Party changed the way how the tables are named. Right now, they contain special characters like "östraby", "Ödåkra", "Åmål", etc. I'm having a problem with HUD at some of these tables (not at all). Hands are imported correctly to HEM, but HUD just doesn't show up. Table finder doesn't help as well.

Special characters are removed from table names in HEM HandHistories, so maybe that's the problem?

Update fixed issue until today when I sat at a table party named "One?ti"

Can you guys please add the "?" to your special characters?

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Tried to post a new thread about but it doesn't appear to be showing up...

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1961/How+is+Party+Poker+Live+Tracking+Configured+With+F PHG%3F

Read the faq and am trying to get the hud to popup before my first hand is completed. No luck. I'm running 7318 fwiw.

I updated to the version posted in this thread however it did not fix the hud or hem importing hands when there is a screenname with a letter underscored playing

example here99951

here "jp7576" has his p underscored. when this player joined the table the hud stops working and hem won't import the hands

example hand history from the table. his name appears "j&p7576" in party's lobby and hand histories

I've written this up as a bug issue HMONE-207.

Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_12Jan2013.exe
When I import the hand in this build the hand imports, and the opponent shows up as j&p7576. (I can't relay the hand though)

Why are there no hero hole cards in this handhistory? "** Dealing down cards **"
Do you have a handhistory with holecards?

Hello,
I have a weird problem. I don't have the folder on my system. Windows search did not find the config file. Im using HM1 v 1.13.01 Internal and Win7 64bit. Thanks!

Its a hidden folder. Please see the links to tutorials in udbrkys post above.

I know it's a hidden folder. That's why I was referring to it as "weird". In my roaming folder there simply is no Holdem Manager folder.
I've found a HEM data folder but there's nothing relevant in it.

udbrkys post was for HM2.

For HM1, the holdemmanager.config file is in the C:/Program Files(x86)/RVG Software/HoldemManager folder.

Ok. Also torunaments in pokerstars that pay only final table are not recognized by HM1. For example 9.90$ Final table paid only from 18.45 ET

Please try this version, reimport the tournament summaries:

http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_11Nov2012.exe

Sites like Poker Stars, Full Tilt Poker and Pacific will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

You may need to request and import any/all of your old tournament histories and import those to HM2. By default Stars do not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client and be sure that HM2 has added the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/642/Poker+Stars+Setup

Email support@[yourpokersite].com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries may be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. It will probably ask you to search/select your Pokerstars screen name. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.
Example of correct file:
http://img843.imageshack.us/img843/3553/starshtmlfile2.gif

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/117/Import+Emailed+Hand+Histories+

If you continue to have problems, please zip and email the problem hand histories. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).
