Version : 1.11.02b
OS : Windows 7
UAC : off
Resolution : 1440*900 and 1920*1080

Everything else is worked as normal. When I select a hand to replay nothing happens at all (double-click or right-click).

Config was taken from another PC with same monitor/resolution setup including

<setting name="ReplayerSettings">3,True,True,False,True,-1014,130,849,664</setting>

I tried making the negative number positive, as well as blanking out all these settings so that it could create defaults, but still no improvement.

Reading some old threads along the same lines the following may or not be relevant..

- No new item on taskbar when I attempt to launch replayer
- Table manager not launched
- Hand range tool works

Please try this version: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/33500-1-11-03-pre-release.html

It should at least work at 1920*1080

My hand replayer worked just fine - until yesterday. Today it wouldn't open even after I have installed the upgrade and frankly I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions?

reboot, and update again.

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Make sure your video drivers are fully updated -

Please make sure that HoldemManager has Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right-click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

If none of that helps, I would suggest a clean reinstall:

FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Using Revo Uninstaller (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+)

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files. Export any custom HUDs manually.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works. If it is OK import your exported HUD to your new clean install.

Thanks, the reinstallation helped.
