HEM not showing RUSH stats

Ok so I'm sorry for being a retard with HEM but I need some help. My HEM wasn't showing stats at all at first for my sessions but now its showing stats for regular tables but I just had a session at RUSH and it's not working :(

** Do you mean stats in the HUD or in HM reports, Sessions etc (I think you mean the latter) ?
** Are you getting a HUD on the table at Rush ?
** What Rush game is it ? Cash, STT etc (give fullest description you can)
** What version of HM is shown in the HM title bar at the top ?

If you mean in the HUD...
Then look at this out-of-date picture taken from this FAQ:

in the latest HM versions there is an EXTRA check-box on the right called 'Mix FTP Rush and Non-Rush stats'

If you mean in the reports etc then check this out:

Especially the part about clearing all the filters:
** Clear the main filter: Click the 'Filter' button > 'Clear' and then click 'Filter' button again > 'Use for all'
** Now try reports, hands, graph and sessions TAB and see if the hands are showing up in any or all of the TABs
** Between the 'All Hands' button & the 'Filter' button is the drop-down box with 'All Games', 'Omaha', 'Hold'em' etc make sure 'All Games' is selected (if it will let you)

the filter one. It doesn't quite make sense since i like never touch it but yea haha :) and ok will do.

Hi,
Same prob for me.
I did as _Loki_ suggested and helped only 1 session of my Rush hands.
The other 4 sessions didn't show up.
When I played them, the HUD worked ok.
I tried also copying the text files of those rush sessions from the Hand Archive folder to a new folder and imported that folder from HEM. It sais 4 files imported BUT 0 hands imported in opposed to havong some number of hands imported.

So I guess the prob is that HEM can't parse those files ?

Please help - I promise to vote in your signature:) and please dont tell me to create a new db - it will take 5 hours for the import from my Hand Archive...

Post the hands or email them to support@holdemmanager.net and we'll import them and find out why they are not importing. FYI, only need a couple problem hands, not 100's or thousands. :-)

Another question if I may: If I multytable rush poker should I see it in my "session by table" as only 1 table ? This is how it is shown now.
Is there an option to see it as different tables ? I know that FT produces files with names of entry1, entry2 and so if mtabling rush tables.

Its imported as 1 table so we can't differ.
