player notes question

for some reason i cannot resize a players note on the hud. in the older version i could but the new one does not allow me to. so when i want to scroll down i have to highlight it... can u let me know if theres a fix?

Is there any update on this? I am trying to enter notes while reviewing hands in the replayer and it makes it difficult when you cannot resize the window.
