Hi, I needed to reinstall HoldemManager. Upon the reinstallation, I am experiencing the situation such that there is no labeling on things you press to activate a task or to do whatever. Until this problem is successfully addressed, my HoldemManager software is essentially useless. Hence time is of the essence in getting this fixed.

Here is an example of what I mean. The "Start Auto Import" link is probably there but it doesn't say "Start Auto Import"; it is just an empty box. This example represents my problem accross the board for practically everything in HoldemManager.

I guess it is analogous to being blind. Even though the world is still there you can't see it. I believe that accurately represents my situation.

I have turned my computer on and off and reinstalled and uninstalled the HoldemManager software countless times and continue to run into the same exact problem.

I have looked at the FAQ's and there is nothing that addresses my problem.

It would be wonderful, and that can't be understated, to get resolution to my problem. I look forward to getting meaningful help on my problem.

Yes, the adjustment of the DPI as instructed did work. It seems like the updated version of HEM is more sensitive to DPI settings since I didn't have this problem until I did a reinstallation with a more current version of the HEM software. At least the problem is fixed. Thx.
