MS .net error after HUD enabled

Anyone else having a problem with Microsoft .net? After I enable the HUD the .net generates an error dialog box saying it can't access the zoom.txt file because another user has it open. I am pretty sure this is a setting I need to make to MS WIN7. Any ideas?

1) Please make sure you are installing on an administrator account and running as an administrator.

2) Please turn off UAC.

3) You'll need to add:
- holdemmanager.exe
- hudfuncapps.exe
- postgres and pg_ctl, your poker client .exe
- table ninja.exe
- notecaddy.business.dll and notecaddy.contents.dll from the modules folder in holdemmanager's program files folder

to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus.

4) Make sure that windows is fully updated. Keep checking for updates until it says twice five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.

5) You need to make sure that this folder, as well as c:\hm2archive, c:\hmarchive and your site's hand history folder are each not read only and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows. *

7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

I followed all the directions but still seem to have this unhandled exception problem. It is intermittent. Some games it will not happen. It does not seem to affect the HUD if I just move the .net error dialog box off to the side and ignore it. I am using HM1, it says zoom.txt can't be read because it is being used by another process. Is there anyway to just disable this? I am using HM to process LOCK poker data.

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
