New Computer Need New HM

I have been running HM on my laptop for quite awhile and its been great! Just ordered my new desktop and should be here soon, what steps must I take in order to install HM on my new desktop (I have not yet used my allotted 2nd PC installation). I created an account for registration on your website that had my keys on it, but I do not remember my login. What can I do?

Also, is there anyway to transfer all my data from my old HM to my new one?

Hi,

If your doing a clean reinstall or moving HM to a new computer you should consider the following.

We have a backup and restore feature within Holdem Manager that makes it easy for you to backup all your settings, hand histories and files.

This is a new feature and there are some compatibility issues with it so if you have any problems you can do this manually by following the instructions below:

Export and Import your Hand Histories and/or backup and restore your database

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries
