View Full Version : Problem in the reports and graphics

For the problem is that their statistics HM differ from reality. I'm losing bank, and instead the HM says I'm positive. Without going any further, today I lost 40 dollars in my bank and HM marks a positive session for $ 20.
The graphic is not as it should be.

How I can fix this?

Your bank account sounds like my bank account, but in my case I tracked the problem down to my spouse

Hello.

Thank you for answering Loki.
The room where the game is Azartia. and there only used the dollar. Would not necessarily have problems with currency.
Now I'm in NL25, but before that I played in NL4 and NL10 (in the same room) and everything was perfect.
It was now three days ago, I started in NL25 and giving me these problems.

Any solution?

Azartia uses PartyGaming software & is usually a Spanish speaking site. Open a HH & check it is written in English - it is also possible Azartia (partygaming) have changed something in HH's

Make sure all your games are $'s (they do not do euro?)

You get the HUD at NL25 ?

Install the latest version from here: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Clear the main filter go to Filter / Clear and then Filter / Use for all

** Now try reports, hands, graph and sessions TAB and see if the hands are showing up in any or all of the TABs
** Beside the date filter and clear filter you should see a dropdown box with All Games, Omaha, Holdem etc make sure All Games is selected.

If the problem persists try creating a new database

and see if there was any import errors importing the hands, then check and see did the missing hands appear.

If there were import errors please zip up the hands and email them to support@holdemmanager.net

Hi Loki.

Yes, all the tables where games are in dollars. What's more, before NL25, I always went well. In NL4 and NL10 was all perfect. It was up to NL25 and start to go wrong.

HUD's going well.

I followed the steps you told me.
I have installed version 1.11.02b Webmail.
I have cleaned all filters.

If I delete and create a new database, you will need to import all the hands?

It works!
Create a new database. Import all hand made in NL25 and now if that is graphic and the reports correctly.
