Accessing custom pop-ups

I finally figured out how to make my own HUD pop-up. But I cannot figure out how to access it during play.

Please help.

hud options--> player preferences--> stats tab--> select your HUD
Go over all the stats one by one, and select which popup should be associated with each stat
