Not importing ALL hand histories

This problem, started yesterday (could've been way older and I didn't notice :()

I updated to the last HEM version but still the same problem, the big hands holdem manager seem to ignore, it's tilting me to death...

Some help please

please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net that wont import and also link to this thread and well look into this

I dont know where are the hands that won't import but I am sure is not importing well since I can see that the HEM numbers don't match with the BR numbers...

After import the handhistory files are moved to the hm archive folder which is c:\hmarchive. You should find the hands in the subfolders(year\month\day) of this folder.
