Hand range tool not working in 1.11.01a?

It doesn't open. Nothing happens when I click a player panel in the replayer or attempt to select it from the hand grid right-click menu.

btw, I tried 1.11.02b and still no good.

Im in the middle of an export so i cant test but i know this was a reported bug already and may already be fixed in this version http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/33500-1-11-03-pre-release.html
