Cash sessions tab not available

This is for the Merge fix internal release, 10Sep2012. I played some cash hands on Pokerstars. The HUD seemed to work fine, however:

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

In reports, remove the custom report stats and remove Stars new vpp and wcc rake from the report.
