New comp, Windows 7 problems installing HEM and PostSQL

Hi, I just purchased a new computer with Windows 7, I am having lots of trouble installing the software. I have never had problems in the past installing HEM or PostSQL. I have looked at the FAQ, Stickies , forum threads and I still cant figure this out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled HEM and Post SQL atleast 5 to 6 times now already. Is there support on here ? I remember looking back on here a few months back and I can recall support using a remote desktop program like Teamviewer or Mikogo. Is this still available? And if i am posting in the wrong spot please feel free to move this thread or tell me where I can post this.

Are you downloading the full 80MB installer from here ? :

Are you doing anything 'non-standard' like trying to install somewhere different from C:\ ?

What error messages are you getting ?

At which point in the process is it failing ?
