Since i have installed Hem i experience this problem - after auto import starts, the poker client is running very slow. Every action is delayed with 3-4 seconds. For example, if i press call, only after 3-4 seconds the action takes place. Same thing with rebuy, sit in/out, when i click on a table in the lobby, it is displayed after few seconds.

Because of this is very hard for me to play and i loose many hands because my time bank expires. I play on Ongame network.

The problem couldn't come from my computer, because i have a very good configuration - Intel quad Core 2,4 Gh, 4GB DDR and i use Windows 7.

Before using Hem i have used a different tracking program and there was no problem.

That looks fine, try the following steps and also checkout the top 10 performance tips in my sig

Can you make sure your Opacity slider in Hud options > Player Preferences> Appearance TAB is 100% to the right and also do the same for the mucked cards Opacity

Also keep task manager running and have it sort by CPU in the Processes TAB and see what is using the most CPU when the lagging happens.

Try disabling as many programs as possible such as AHK scripts,Firewall, limewire,Mikogo etc and Antiviruses and if they cant be disabled make sure you add all these programs to the exceptions list such as HMhud.exe,DBcontrol panel.exe and holdemmanager.exe from the Holdem Manager folder aswell as any of the other programs that happen to be running, sometimes for example the antivirus/firewall etc scan every file thats been processed and it can slow things down so running with as few programs as possible.

Also going to control panel > Admin Tools > Event Viewer and copy and paste any description if there are any error or information events that coincide with the time of the lagging.

Go to Hud Options > Site Options and disable all the prefetch/track live hands options

Lastly make sure your graphics driver is up to date as this can make a big difference to lagging even with a brand new PC.

Hello,

I still encounter the same problems, but now it's getting worse. After i start auto import, if i have more then 4 tables opened in the poker client, i get disconnected every 10-15 seconds. The problem doesn't come from my internet connection (in the same time i don't get disconnected from Y! messenger, skype and other programs that use internet).

Also the problem is not from the poker client, i have reported this to bwin and i followed all the steps they told me to follow. I even uninstalled/installed again the poker client, but the problem persist.

I still encounter the difficulties i related you in my first post in this thread, but now it also disconnects me from hands and they are not stored on my HDD.

As i told you in my first post, the problem must be from HeM, since before buying HeM i have used PT and i didn't encountered any problem with that program.

Could you please tell me a day and an hour on which you could connect to my computer through mikogo and try to solve the problem?

Ty very much
