Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate_Internal_03.exe
(the 1.11.03 is updated multiple time a DAY, so if you run this now if will included some new bug fixes)

Do you get the exact same error in 1.11.03?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Can you run a Windows update... are there any .net framework updates you can install?

Yes, exact same error

Im using Win7, Standard Firewall, and AVG antivirus.

I am using the programs as the administrator.

And I can run windows updates, but not updates in .NET frameworks at this point.
