Can't open HEM - Could not load file or assembly WindowsFormsIntegration..

So I keep getting this error message when I try to open HEM:
"could not load file or assembly windowsformsintegration version=3.0.0.0 culture-neutral publickeytoken=31bf3856ad364e35 or one of its dependencies. the system cannot find the file specified"

I use Vista, and I can't seem to get the update patch either, as it crashes everytime I try to install the update. I'm pretty sure I have a virus on my computer as well, but it's only messed with Firefox by having pop-ups come up out of nowhere, hasn't messed with anything else really. Help?

I suggest you go to the Windows update site & let it update your Vista OS
Most likely you are behind with .NET and/or Service Packs
You will have to visit the site more than once because you'll probably have to reboot between some udates
Keep going back to the site until it tells you that all important updates have been installed

Well I did manage to get all essential updates, but I'm still getting the same error message after rebooting and being up to date on everything I can think of. Now what?

I also can't do the Beta Update either, as it just says the self-extracting package has crashed and won't give any particular reason why. I can update everything else including Defender, but not HEM whatsoever.

I tried downloading it in IE and Chrome, cleared both their caches, and I still get the same error message, and it won't work in Firefox either :(
