View Full Version : String Not Recognized as Valid DateTime

I just downloaded HEM for trial use as I hear it's the best thing out there, but I can't do anything. The program appears to have imported hands correctly... it lists games that I do play and has tournament winnings, the "PLAYERS" button has "(5883)" next to it, etc etc. I however can't do anything. Clicking on "PLAYERS" brings up the below error message and doesn't actually show any players, clicking on "TOURNEY REPORTS" brings up the below error message, "TOURNEY RESULTS" won't display anything, when I click "Change" to choose a player, the list is empty... clicking just about anything gives me the below message.

Not sure what you need to know, but I am running 1.11.02b on Vista. I am trying this with Full Tilt and PokerStars hand histories.

Go to Control Panel > Regional Settings > Change the format selected to something else so if its english(usa) change it to english(uk) or english ireland and then reboot...

Thank you much. I actually had searched and found that thread but it just now clicked that the Control Panel reference was to Windows, not HEM. I thought since the thread was old it was maybe to something not in the program anymore.

I hit 'reset' and everything seems to be functional now. I had a custom format for time and date... to my system, 24 mins and 35 sec after midnight on July 11th is "00:24:35 07.11.10".

To the programmers, perhaps there should be a way for HEM to read the system's format. I don't know if that's possible... maybe a way for the user to input how the format is on their system? It's a bit annoying to have to change how times and dates appear across my entire computer for HEM to function.

Anyway, all fixed now... Thanks again _Loki_.
