Import issues on Bodog

I just recently downloaded holdem manager as well as the hand grabber for bodog. It will recognize the files that I am trying to import, but the hands imported always reads 0. I also set up the auto import function and the hud will not display or import any hands while I play. I tried running HEM as administrator, but nothing. Is there a setting that I am forgetting? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Unfortunatley, I have tried everything step by step for setting up Bodog. When I get to the testing HUD part, it does not register the hands.

If you are using the latest handgrabber version and the handhistories are in english language we need to take a look at the hands:
Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
