Hello, whenever i try to delete a database i use for HM i get the error message:'database is used by other users'.
any advice?

I'm not sure, but maybe it's because your default DB is the one you're trying to delete or you have HM open & you are using it ?

But even if I'm wrong this procedure should work

Open HM
Change the default DB from the one you are trying to delete

Close HM
Open pgAdmin III
Delete DB [do not delete the one named 'postgres']

That was my first thought as well and i tried it already but i keep on getting the same error message

Please stop and restart the Postgresql service and try again as first thing after the restart.

ok, it worked now, i just rebooted my pc and deleted the database before doing anything else. It seems that Pgadmin wouldnt let me delete the database after i opened/closed HM.
