Hi,
I've have formatted my HD and my HEM doesn't work anymore.
I writed to support and I made this procedure:

But nothing has changed. I cannot use my HEM. I writed again to support but I did not receive any answer.

Did you loose your key or what is the problem?

Do you receive any error message or what happens. Please attach the file log\reg.log or mail it with link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.com.

The support should answer within some hours. Please check your spam folder too.

My HEM does still not work.

Hi, apologies for the delay, looks like your email ticket got overlooked due to a server issue we had, ive now taken over the ticket and sent you some instructions on how to fix the issue
