bought HEM pro but can't install cuz old trial serial

Hello, I was having a HUD issue and holdem manager team helped me sort the issue out as well as an extra 15 days trial so I could fully try out the software.

Well the trial is over and I bought Holdem manager pro. only thing is it doesn't let me input the new serial and still thinks i'm using the old expired trial serial that you gave me. There's no option to input the new serial and the only thing I can do is press the canel or the Activate online now button which goes through the motions and says success and then says it's unvalid because it's the trial serial.

Please help!

did both of those already and that's why I made the thread.

How can I register my serial code if it's not even been used yet? This is what it says when I put in my serial code. I just want to continue to use the software now, and would like to know the quickest way to do this.

I deleted the .lic file, and tried to register on the site you provided only to get that error I provide. Can someone please help me, i'd greatly appreciate some awesome help.
