I followed the guidelines and I still cant get anywhere. Its very frustrating. Can someone you or someopne please teamviwer me so i can get this going? I emailed support but did not get a response back. Please help.

Where did you send the email too? The last mail i see from you in our system is dated october 2011 (i searched for your aol address).
