A strange new problem I've encountered, I think since the last update. Replayer won't open select hands, usually the very last one of a tournament. Odd

I have the same issue, the latest "internal" release.

I can not duplicate this with my personal hands. What site and what tourneys are you playing?

Try duplicating the problem by importing a small sample of recent hands to a new database.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

If you continue to have problems, please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Poker stars, $7 hyper turbos. I created the new database, same thing. In fact, none of the hands will show up now.

And if you do 'replay all hands', it raises this dotnet exception:

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_10Sep2012.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation dir ectory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

yeh when I try to replay all hands it comes up with

http://imageshack.us/a/img193/4363/errorxeh.jpg (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/193/errorxeh.jpg/)

and my system is entirely up to date with no AV or firewalls.

Exactly the same error as mine.

However, their programmers are well shielded by the script supporties.

Thank you for the info about it being pokerstars hands. I was able to duplicate this problem using some of my old stars hands from 2010.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-161: Pokerstars Tournament: Replay All Hands = Crash

I have added your email addresses to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

omg I can't reply a single hyper turbo hand at all, when is this fixed?!?!!

Also there is no way of differentiating between $15 9m turbos and hypers becuase it doesn't see them as supers. It says $30's are supers ok but not $15's.

Are you still using the 02Oct build or did you get an email with me that had a download link for the 12Oct build? This ticket was kicked back to me as unable to be reproduced and after updating to the latest build on 12Oct I couldn't duplicate it any longer either.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_12Oct2012.exe

I have confirmed this problem. It seems the developers have broken something between the 10Sept build and the latest one so I am going to revert the build in our announcement and make sure the next link that goes in that announcement gets better tested before we change the link.

Part of the holdup on a proper fix for the HM1 EV issues is related to the fact that we use a lookup table for EV which isn’t as accurate as full enumeration. Full enumeration seems to hurt import speeds pretty significantly, so were looking into a couple of options. We are considering a more accurate lookup table but this is a lot of work due to the combinations involved and it will be a while before the developers can implement it. Another option is giving the user the option of full enumeration or lookup tables but changing this would require a reimport and choosing the full enumeration, while it would be the most accurate, could slow import speeds significantly which would affect HM1 and HM2 both. Before we can implement this we first want to explore how accurate the new lookup table is.
