hand replayer stopped working

I cant reply hands, nothing happens when I clickto replay them. I have updated latest version, never had this problem before.

occasionally after lots of fiddling about I can get it working, but once I have actually started replaying the first hand, a stupid error message comes up. screen shot posted.

but most time just nothing happenes. so frustrating.

any ideas how this can be fixed????
