Hi guys, I've had hem 1 for a while now and I'm thinking of upgrading.

My hem 1 is just so slow, I even empty my database after every month as I do most of my session reviews on a daily basis.

Also my replayer is quite bad, the hud stats take so long to appear on the replayer and sometimes it's the wrong hus for the game. Is there anyway I can fix this?

Another problem I have is when i'm multitaling I get an error saying overlapping , I then have to restart my hem. so frustrating

any help please?

Can you try to create a new database instead of emptying the existing one? Does this make a difference? http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

What are your computer specs?
Are you using any 3rd party firewall, anti-spyware, adaware, tuning or registry cleaning programs? And if yes which ones?
Which pokersite?
Which gametype?
Which HM version?

Thanks, I have upgraded to latet version. I'm not bothered about my hand and mtt data, I just want to keep all my HUD player stats, is there a way I can keep them without starting a new database like can I transfer the player data onto the new database? also I now get a error message when I try to replay a hand, here it is.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

Ok so I just set the hem to run as admin so I no longer get that error so forget that now. However the replayer is really messes up, for some reason It shows some with the correct info and others that are not even in the hh. So when I hover over some players, the hud that is above there name, dosen't match the player. Thanks

Reimport your hands into a new empty database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

The amount of data I have on my opponents is alot, 500,000 players I think and I don't even have all them hands stored on my computer and I'm certainly not going through all that trouble through pokerstars of them getting me to send all that data , it would take ages.

Ok lets say I go through all the hassle and get 100s of thousands of hands sent to my email so I can put it to the new database, its just gonna be super slow hem again, like Ive said before, I don't keep my tourny data and I delete it all after every session so that hem runs at a reasonable speed, ok lets say I do that as well, next I would need to manually delete all the games with would most likely take me days off mouse clicking and pressing enter.

thanks again.

Export all the hands from your current database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> select your database--> (set it as default)--> EXPORT HANDS
Then reimport them into a NEW empty database.

To quickly delete a lot of hands: there are two types of purges (delete)

-options--> settings--> purge hands (will delete handhistory, hand from graph, $Won from sessions, etc. everything, so hand won't be used anymore for stats)
-options--> settings--> observed HH configuration--> purge hands--> will delete the handhistory and therefore the ability to replay the hand, but the hand will still be used for the graph, $Won from sessions and for the HUD.

Similarly if you want to delete a LOT of hands, it's easier to create a new empty database, only importing the hands from the dates you want. (by importing from your archive folder)

Didn't realise there was a quiker way to delete hands, thanks.

I don't think anything is gonna work though, when i click on up to day stats in my replayer, it just freezes up and I'm guessing it's because I have half a million players in the database.

So I could go ahead and get all my data re imported onto a new database and still have the problem of it not working properly, also I have notes on my opponents, how would I re import them onto a new database. Thanks for your help patvs.

You need to export the notes from your original database and import them into the new database.

Think I found a solution, when ever I wanna open replayer, I just stop then start the auto import after every mtt. thanks for your help so glad to not have to import all the data.
