Having problems with updating HM

I am currenty running an older version of HM and tried to update it to version 1.06.03h. After I extract the files and try to open up HM I get a message saying "An error occured while loading the Pref files: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\confi\prefs.xml'

Any idea why this is happening?
