Terrible lagging at any room

when i play more than 4 tables at any room i meet the next problem:

from time to time all tables hung and i can't do anything about it. They become normal after 30 seconds but all cards are already folded. I'm pretty sure that exactly HM causes these lags because everything is ok without it.
My PC is powerful (10ghz). But my base is over 3 million hands. Could it be the source of problem? What can i do?

note: it works fine for 20 minutes but then starts lagging for 30 seconds. Then the cycle repeats.

i am using 1.06.03f

Thats a pretty old version, try the latest, we made a lot of improvements: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe

I didnt' help.
I can't play more with these lags, Just have lost big stack because of this. Help me anybody. Can't believe no one met the same problem.
