View Full Version : ONGAME HUD: hud auto picks up tables for me on betsson skin but not betsafe skin

i recently moved ongame skins. i was at betsson, but have now moved to betsafe.

my hands are importing correctly into holdem manger from betsafe, but the hud is not automatically picking up my tables like it did with betsson.

if i want my hud to work with betsafe i have to manually add tables using the table finder and then dragging the icon to the table. this is a real pain though and i would like it to automatically do this like it did when i was using betsson skin.

any help appreciated!

please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport.exe

Close HM and go to C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/Config folder and delete the exeNames.txt file and then restart HM, play a couple of hands, try using the table finder and it should ask you to add the exe to the hud, select Yes and the next time it should work fine

im using XP so no need for the UAC stuff.

anyway i deleted exenames in config folder restarted my computer, then fired up the poker client, HM and HUD. The table finder asked to add the exe like you said it would and i clicked 'ok'. However the HUD is still not automatically picking up the tables and i am having to do it manually.

this is what my exenames file now looks like (after deleting it, rebooting, rerunning HEM and the HUD requesting to add new exe etc). note that betsafe uses an exe called 'Poker.exe'. i notice there are a number of them in the file...

Hi,

Close HM and go to C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/Config folder and open the exeNames.txt file with notepad and delete the 8, Poker.exe entry, save the file and restart HoldemManager and if the problem persists maybe we can do a teamviewer session to troubleshoot the problem, please email me with a suitable time to do the session and also the timezone your in.

deleted the file, first it worke but only on one table, now i restarted hem it wont work at all

Which HM Version are you using?

Hello,

i had the same problem like the thread opener. HM imported the hands perfectly and showed them in my reports. But the table finder didnīt found the table for showing the hud. I used the table finder to add the table manually and it worked.

Now one day later it didnt showed the hud at my table again. I did the steps again, but then i found out that the hands are also missing in the report.

New problem. The handhistorys are still safed at the same place and i can open tha txt file and have alook at my hands i played. But HM doesnt import the file automatical and manually doesnt work as well. When i juice the file to import it cames the message: Found 0 files to process...

So finally hm doesnīt import my hands anymore and i dont know why. I tried to reinstall the latest Beta version but without any result.

Are you sure that your Pokerclient writes .txt files? Usually ongame writes a big gamehistory.dat or gamehistory.log file.

Please check the configuration of your import folders.

It is a handhistory.log file.

There is just now way to import the hand, auto import and manual import doesnt work.

1. What version of Holdem Manager are you using?
1.11.05 Beta 14

2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
Play on all sites and only Ongame/Betsafe is not importing

3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
Omaha

4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
Autoimport and manual import is not working. I can see the file with the handhistorys in and everytime i play the document gets bigger, but HM is just not importing the file.

5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.

6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

Yes shows the HHs.

7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.

The import worked a few days ago but not the Hud. Then i followed the instruction for the table finder (deleted some files + manual table finder) and then i get the hud on the table. Everything worked.
NExt time Hud did not shown up and i tried to find the table manually again. Couldnt find that table, than i saw that HM doesnt import the file anymore.

8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. Opened a new database and hit the autoimport button. Started to import 3 files. It stopped at 2/3 files 0 new hands, less than 1 minute left. Its just frozen there.

10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?

They are in english

11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

You need to rename the file before you can import it a 2nd time.

The best is if you move it to a different folder and import it again via import file.

I made a completly new database and then it imported the file. But today the import of betsafe hands stopped again. Pretty sure that it work when i copy the file and then import it manual. But for the hud and longterm is this no solution.

Do you have PT3 running at the same time?

Please try to delete all your auto-import folders and test it only with the betsafe folder configured.

PT is not running.

Its only importing the next hand historys when i delete the handhistory file from betsafe and betsafe creates a new one. But only for a while then it stops again with importing.
Problem is, that you cant delete the file, while you are playing, so the hud is not working.

hi.
for me it isn't working either at betsafe. thats so frustrating as i want to play there mainly.
other ongame skins do work
maybe teamviewer? can speak/talk in german too
