Stats incorrect?

Hi,

all hands played on 2 iPoker skins, tables were a mixture of USD-EUR and GBP
No filters, just reinstalled HEM after setting up my PC new serval days ago - brand new database

Session-Tab does show 1349 hands - winnings $104,59

Tip: To add and remove stats from reports see this FAQ:

In the screenshot below you can see the 3 new currencies are added and you can see it converts the currencies to give the final total. Remember we seen $1 USD = €0.7383 EUR earlier, if you multiply the total from the $USD by 0.7383 it comes to approx €422 which is the total of the EUR column below.

The sessions and graphs TAB also have currency options so remember to choose the same preferred currency from the dropdown box that your using in reports otherwise youll notice a discrepancy between the different TABs.

Hi and thanks for your answer,

this didnt really help as on all Tabs (Session/Graphs/Stakes) the currency of my HEM is $ and as I posted there are 2 different amounts of $. I did add EUR and GBP Stats in the Reports-Tab but this does nothing but to add those 2 currencies and convert the winnings/loosings into EUR/GBP. Like posted the winnings of the Session and Graphs are idendicallly but not the Repots. The number of hands are matching in all 3 categories but not the amount, no idea why not.

We had a multicurrency bug for ipoker in 1.11.x. Please update to 1.11.02b, delete the hands and reimport them (you find the hands in your archive, default is c:\hmarchive, copy them to a different folder and import them via import file or import from folder).

I did update, purge the existing hands, before this I saved the proceeded hands and reimported it after the update of HEM .... it does show exactly the same numbers like before, no changes.

Hi, maybe we can do a teamviewer session to troubleshoot the problem, please email me with a suitable time to do the session and also the timezone your in.

Its the 1st report of this not working in 1.11.02b once your purge and reimport the hands so id like to take a look. p.s did you reimport the original hands? reimporting the exported hands wont work

Hello,

I`m not really sure what you mean with "original hands", what I`d reimport were the hands from the HH_proceeded folder. I did this exactly the way netsrak has written above by creating a new folder and copying the existing HH files from the HH_proceeded folder to this new one. After this I have reimported all hands from this new folder to my HEM.

I just added the Stats for Rake in the Reports-Section. The interesting fact is, that - in opposite to winnings - the Rake does match the amount which is shown unter "Sessions" - $134,32 - $134,30 (well, 2 cents are missing). If there should have been an error with the currency-exchange I ask myself why the rake value is shown correct under both sections?

Well, I better wait for morny :p
