Hello, Currently when I export my database, Hold em Manager only exports 310,000 out of the approx 330,000 hands I have. I cannot find a reason for this at all and have double checked all alias and tried re-exporting.

Please let me know if you are aware of this sort of glitch and how I can fix this problem please, thank you.

Did you purge hands?

Please check this: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Check Total Amount of Hands in Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/115/Check+Total+Amount+of+Hands+in+Database+)

Yes, I have deleted HH's from my DB before for various reasons if this is what you are asking.

I have never used a "purge hands" function or anything of the sort if that is what you are referring to.

I checked the hands and the number was the same. I believe I have found the error in the database.

I am a limit player and have my filter set to limit. I set it to "all" and now I see all of the hands. However some of them are listed now as no limit!! I NEVER play no limit games, especially at the stakes they are listed in my database. But nevertheless, the missing hands are definitely listed as no limit.

It seems almost all of the profit is accounted for though, so I wish I could just figure out this issue.

So for the record? how can i convert these NL hands back to limit form? its very confusing.

are you able to post an example 'NL' hand from your archive ?

as you can see, it is for some reason recording my 15 30 limit sessions as 7 15 NL (which are the preflop blinds). I have never seen this and it seems bizzare, if more is needed let me know

What site ?

can you paste an actual Hand History for
7 15 NL &
15 30 Limit ?

I see you've got the same problem at other stakes too

This are the handhistories from the hands in the holdemmanager database?

Can you look for the original handhistory files in your HM archive folder (default c:\hmarchive) and compare them?

Pyro12345

How am I to find them?

The folder only contains dates (years only) and numbered folders.

Hi,

you can use the timestamp to track it down e.g

Monday, July 05, 10:50:31 ET

the numbered folders are months and the subfolders inside the monthly folders are date, so you should look in folder 7 and then look in folder for for the above hand
