as everyone, i had a file in HEM come up as a virus everytime i scan my comp..

This time my comodo anti virus found a new one
holdemmanager\hemgui.dll as trojware,win32,spy,banker,saaz@34090158

is that one common or im really infected?

Which HM version are you using?
Which is the path to this file?
If its sth. like ..\xenocode\... then you can safely delete the file. Its from older HM versions.

latest beta... its not xeno code its directly into the holdem manager directory...

when i check its information, it from june 30 (when i last updated) and it says its for HM scanner which i dont use

You are the first one reporting this in the last weeks.
As i don't think you are the only comodo user we have it really seems like your PC is infected.
Delete or quarantine the file, download and install the latest HM update

i scanned it again today, no virus...

Probably Comodo updated their virus signatures again...
