Error with Config file

I am getting the following error while starting HEM.

An Error occurred while reading the config//HoldemManager.config file: Root element is missing.

Holdem Manager will now backup the old config file and create a new one for you.

I do not think it is doing anything though. Can you please give me some help with fixing this issue.

Please delete the file config\holdemmanager.config in the Holdemmanager installation path.
Restart HM and a new one will be generated.
You'll need to reconfigure your HM after the start.
