HM does not start

Yesterday Hm froze during action. I tried to restart it but it wont respond. I have tried to restart the comp and start it today also but without any luck. I also tried downloading the latest beta but it gives like 8-10 error messages about stuff that cant be updated.

Suff that can't be updated - this means that parts of HM are already running.

Please reboot your computer (please make sure to run a full shutdown/reboot cycle). After this install the update again as first thing.
