Importproblem

So I reinstalled hem on my computer and am having a importproblem on Prima, hem is importing hands but is missing a lot of them, I dont know what to do here so please help.

I wasn't to sure about what you wrote here so some questions for you...

** If you just reinstalled HM I guess you are on 1.11.02b right ?

** Are you getting a HUD & is the HUD OK ?

** When is HM missing hands ?
1] You are playing Prima & using the 'Start autoimport' button OR
2] You are importing old HH's using the 'Import from file' or 'import from folder' button

I reinstalled hem and downloaded the latest version. hud works fine. option 1 is the problem, I am playing on prima and some hands are getting imported and some arent.

OK. Are all the hands ending up in the HMArchive including the ones that are 'not importing' ? (if you see what I mean)

seems like the language was the issue. I think its resolved now.
