### Trivial stuff ###
HoldemManager.config is clearly visible in your pic :)
FAQ:
FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Change EV Line Color in Graphs (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/278/Change+EV+Line+Color+in+Graphs)
Path on my PC:
"C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config\HoldemManager.config"

### Important stuff ###
The mustard is usually on the top shelf (at the back to the left). It is always hidden behind a taller jar. I hope you use Colman's Original English Mustard. Est 1814

open the holdem.config file with what program? I'm getting this when I open it:

.dN`xl='5*lŷO0tKľ2@* 7\Py'=r(I`z;ʈ jj/&7*

what can i do with that?

The filename is not holdem.config.

Its holdemmanager.config and you find it in the config subfolder of your holdemmanager installation path as Loki posted. Open it with a texteditor like notepad.

If you have "hide known file extensions" in the folder options the file will only be named holdemmanager config-file or sth. similar.

Please make sure that HM is not running while you edit the file.
Save your changed file to your desktop, close the editor.
Rename the original file to something like holdemmanager.config.bak and copy the new one from the desktop to the config folder.
