View Full Version : Import errors with using HH from PTR

Hi

I purchased some hands on PTR. I get import errors on about 1/3 of the hands I import.
I'm using hands from ipoker and the last version of HM.
Help :S

Possibly 2 things

1) Corrupt database, to test can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and reimport into that one
2) You have small stakes, are some of the hands high stakes? It imported 48k+ hands for me with 0 errors and 8 duplicates

Did you try the new database as a test?

Please check your windows regional settings - are they customized? Try to set them to english(USA) and import the hands again (into a new database as first test).

Please click on the customiser button and post screenshots of the number, currency and date TABs please, might be a setting in there
