View Full Version : UB Hud doesn't work

I start playing at Ultimate Bet for a few days and my HEM hud doesn't work .When i press auto import and table manager is starting up ,the UB soft is closing .At pokerstars the hud work very fine .
I'm using Windows Xp sp3.I just made an update at Hem ,so i have the latest version 1.11.02b .I deleted prefs.xml but doesn't change anything .I also reinstall the UB client .
What can i do ?

Do you mean when you start auto import UB crashes?

go to C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/Config folder and make a backup of prefs.xml and then close Holdem Manager and delete the original prefs.xml and restart HM and it should create a new default prefs.xml file, please test with that version and see if the problem persists?

In Hud import options i don't have Ab/UB

What do you mean with Hud import options?
Please check the FAQ for the AP/UB configuration:

In this link FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Crashing Problems With The Hud Or Holdem Manager (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/363/Crashing+Problems+With+The+Hud+Or+Holdem+Manager) is something called "Untick Live tracking" .In the below picture is the hud import options .In my holdem manager i don't have AB/Ub,i just have the other 4 options .I have the latest version of holdem manager

That was removed in error in the last build, it will be restored in the next one
