I cannot find any information.
sales@holdemmanager.com does not respond.

The matter: Ibought Omaha manager as add-on to Holdem Menager to try it (as to http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/11741-omaha-trial-existing-users.html and http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/11731-omaha-module-trial-hem-users.html) two days ago, now I want to refuse from the purchase and have my money back. What is the algo?

Ive checked our email system, we have only received 1 email from you which was about 2 hours before this post which was responded to within a couple of hours, it may be an issue with your email provider because we have no other emails for you.

Is there any particular reason why you need a refund, is there something we can help you with that isnt working? We would be happy to help you with any technical issues if you post the problems your having

I just want to refuse from my last purchase. Or you just do not have moneyback programme now?
