If you go to C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager, then right click on hmhud.exe and choose properties > send to > desktop and it will create a shortcut icon on the desktop, add this to your quick launch menu and use this to launch the hud anymore

Which security software are you using?

Windows defender? Please uninstall it.

If that doesn't help please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.

FWIW I have similar troubles with the TabMan since 1.11.02b (XP here as well). After having played a session I stop the import. Some time (hours?) after having stopped the import as well the TabMan disappears from the system tray as HMHud.exe diappears from running processes in ProceXP, and it won't show back; neither through import nor relaunch HUD nor HMHud.exe. I have to restart HEM (sometimes have to restart several times until TabMan appears again).

I'm using Avast free, but it doesn't show any CPU-time when starting/running HEM/import. Thus, and because the TabMan will work after restaring HEM, I don't think Avast takes effect on it.

Seems to me like TabMan auto-closes after it didn't detect any tables for a specific time frame.

Btw the TabMan window title shows "Table Manager 11.1.2", which doesn't seem to compute to the actual HEM version number.

Go to Control Panel > Admin Tools > Event Viewer > Applications next time it disappears and see if there is any errors or info corresponding to that time about hmhud.exe or any relevant info

This is one problem we never tracked down the cause to, i know Roy teamviewer'd several people and still couldnt pin it down, on first glance it looks like a windows XP or Linux issue since the 3 posts refer to 2 or 3 of those but ive also had it on Windows Vista so its just coincidence.

Temporary solution: If you go to C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager, then right click on hmhud.exe and choose properties > send to > desktop and it will create a shortcut icon on the desktop, add this to your quick launch menu and use this to launch the hud anymore

Usually a full reinstall solves the issue completely.

When it doesnt load at all, its usually firewall related

Same thing here. Nothing in this topic has not helped, table manager just doesnt show up. What can I do? Is there a place where I can download old updates because then everything worked fine...?

e: now its working. I first copied all the files from Config folder. The I uninstalled the software and installed it again. The I launched the software-> auto import and then the table manager showed up. Then I closed HEM, overwrite the files at Config folder with the old Config folder files and relaunch HEM-> working.
If I did the Config folder overwrite before I launch the HEM for the first time after reinstall, it didnt work.
