how do i import notes from the poker site to hem?

i want to import notes from Poker stars to Hem - is that possible? also if i have some notes on HEM will it delete them when making the import?

It shouldn't affect current HM notes but if you want to be extra sure just export them first

where are the notes stored though. in the poker stars folder? i cant find them?
