View Full Version : Want to reinstall mc pc and safe my HM Database

Hey,
i need to reinstall my pc but want to keep my HM database with around 5000 sit and go's
i tried to create a backup but it says "Could not find PostgreSQL installation directory". So i tried to create a backup with pgAdmin III but i couldn't import it by restoreing it at HM.
does any1 know how i can safe my database so that i won't loose it?

Hi,

If your doing a clean reinstall or moving HM to a new computer you should consider the following. Were working on a solution that solves that issue you encountered with the cannot find postgreSQL message

Export and Import your Hand Histories and/or backup and restore your database

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries
