i updated to newest version, when trying to import is says cant find cards0 even tho that file is on holdem manager folder.

Also i wanted to vacuum hands but i dont have pg admin III on my computer???

Are you sure its not there, i dont think its possible to install postgreSQL with PGAdmin

cant find holdem manager on that revo uninstaller. actually i cant find it through windows unistaller and when i try to delete it manually it says i dont have acces to do that even tho im admin....

Strange, try rebooting and see if appears in the control panel > program and features and try and uninstall from there

Managed to delete the files manually, reinstalled and still get the same problem, now also cant find image\smallicons.png.

Still impossible to uninstal with revo or control panel > program and features.

uh so now the hud aint working at all because of the small icons

I got the exact same problem and also with the smallicons as well.

A fresh install doesnt help.

FWIW I've succeeded on working around/solving this for an installation of 1.11.02 that had worked before. I'm on Windows 7.

I haven't implemented the above suggestions, but I fixed both cards0.png and smallicons.png by copying a complete Images directory from a previously working (but license expired) HEM instance on another computer. Not sure about the version but Images is dated 4/13/2010.

That seems to have fixed everything and gotten my HUD working.

I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST that everyone back up their Images directory. Then it can be restored as an easy work-around while HEM Support is working on this.

[EDITED to summarize newest approach that fully worked.]

I cant find the program in uninstall programs at control panel. Its not in Nevo either? How can I uninstall??

Where are this image dir supposed to be placed? And what if I dont got those files, will I be able to get em somewhere?

I give up.

Ive uninstalled everything with Revo and then made a fresh install.

Now it says "Could not find Config/HoldemManager.Config file. Make sure you are running Holdem Manager from the correct directory" and then it still got the cards0.png problem.

Im running Windows 7, please tell me what to do?
