Cake HU SNGs are not well recorded

Since the incorporation of Cake I have been waiting to see if HEM improves the recording of tournament data, specially for HU SNGs, but nothing has changed in months. I play $18+0.90 HU SNGs and sometimes they are recorded as $19.80 instead of $18.90, sometimes as a 3 or 5 player SNG, and MOST of the lost SNGs don't get the last hand captured or if captured, the result is always open, and when I manually put the SNG is finished and my position, HEM doesn't calculate my $EV Won.

In summary, a mess. Is it possible to work on it's improvement? TIA

Sorry to hear your having issues, its hard to know without seeing that hands if some of the issues are caused due to the hand history not having enough info or its HM not recording it correctly most likely both, please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread, even if someone has already sent some the more hands the more we can test with when we get it fixed
