Stat Abbreviations Do Not Save

In HUD Options > Player Preferences, when I modify the abbreviation that displays in front of a stat, it will not save. I have "Show Abbreviations" checked, and I press both "Apply" and "OK" (I do not press "Cancel").

I am using 1.11.02b, but I first noticed the problem when using 1.11.02.

Its a known bug, and should be fixed next release allegedly.

Hello,
in my oppinion this bug is an absolute nerve.
Please fix this fast !! I can't work with HM this way.
It cannot take over a month to fix such a small bug.
Is there no way else to save the Abbreviations? Maybe I will have a look at the import xml files.

Workaround:
-Click button "Export", choose path and name
-Open saved xml file with text editor and search for 'abrev='
-set them
-Click button "Import", choose file and confirm overwriting of current config
